Five Mark Properties was founded in 2014 when a network of professionals came together and found great opportunity to leverage their successful experience and industry knowledge. Each of the founders are entrepreneurs, all with successful businesses in the North of Boston area. The team is committed to bettering communities through quality planning, developing and managing.

The team that manages the day to day functions of Five Mark Properties is made up of Ralph DiGiorgio, Rick Nekoroski, and Debbie Joyce.
Ralph DiGiorgio
Chief Executive Officer
Ralph is CEO and Founding Partner of Five Mark Properties. Working in the development industry for over 25 years, Ralph’s entrepreneurial spirit saw the need for a well-connected, strategically focused firm that would concentrate on planning, developing and managing properties throughout the New England area. Throughout his career, Ralph has successfully collaborated with teams in real estate, law, banking, finance, design, and construction to promote and develop his projects. He thrives off bringing developers’ dreams to fruition.
Along with Five Mark Properties, Ralph is the President of D&M Civil, Inc., a heavy civil construction leader in Massachusetts.
Outside of work, Ralph enjoys cooking just about anything and spending time on his boat with his wife and two sons.
Rick Nekoroski
Chief Financial Officer
Rick is the Chief Financial Officer and Founding Partner for Five Mark Properties. He oversees the company’s and project-specific financial operations and is responsible for strategic financing and financial reporting, Rick has over 25 years of experience in the real estate, developing, consulting, and investing industries. He began his career as a Certified Public Account where he focused on the golf and real estate markets. Rick later became a commercial lender at GE Capital, Bank of America, and Capmark Bank and today is a Partner at a Middleton-based gym and four golf courses along the East Coast.
When Rick is not in the office, he enjoys outdoor activities and the “occasional” Tough Mudder.
Debbie Joyce
Chief Operating Officer
Debbie manages the day-to-day activities related to finance and operations at Five Mark Properties. She has over 15 years of experience in the contracting, construction services, and property management industries on top of the seven years of experience as a commercial loan administrator.
When not at work, Debbie enjoys playing pickup softball and volleyball, as well as spending time at the lake with her family and friends.
